PRINCIPAL

ARNOLD GUMOWITZ, PRESIDENT

Mr. Gumowitz is the president of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and New Jersey and a Property Manager for over 40 years.  He has owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, residential walk-ups, elevator apartment buildings and taxpayers.  These range in size from 80,000 sq. ft. warehouses, 140,000 sq. ft. office buildings to 200 unit high rises, as well as 16 unit walk-up apartment buildings.  Mr. Gumowitz has gut-renovated buildings which included new plumbing risers, new elevators, new roofs, and new electric.  His years of experience have given him a special insight when it comes to increasing a building's revenue and streamlining expenses.  

 

 

PROPERTY MANAGERS

DAVID GROSSMAN

Mr. Grossman is Vice President of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and has been active in Real Estate Management for over 15 years.  He is a graduate of State University of New York, at Albany, in which he has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business. He is currently responsible for the management of Real Estate assets valued at over $100 million including, 40,000 sq. ft. commercial office space and 600 residential units which include a 200 family Coop/Condo building and 100 retail stores. He has extensive experience in lease negotiations, acquisition analysis and asset management.

EDWARD H. BALAZS

Mr. Balazs is Vice President of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and has been active in the New York Real Estate Market for over 15 years.  He is directly responsible for managing over $20,000,000 worth of Real Estate.  His responsibilities include budgeting, financial analysis; commercial and residential lease negotiations, lease preparation, tenant relations and D.H.C.R. filings.  He also has experience in construction having served as an owner’s representative in the construction of a 110 unit high rise on Long Island.

MICHAEL GRUNSKI

Mr. Grunski has been in Real Estate property management and with AAG Management, Inc. for 5 years.   He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in New York and a graduate of State University of New York at Oneonta.  He has become a specialist in Rent Control, MBR filings and Major Capital Improvements (MCI’s) filings. Mr. Grunski also attends Coop/Condo Board meetings

MARONE GURIEL

Mr. Guriel started working for AAG Management, Inc. in spring of 2000. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and a graduate of PACE University. He is responsible for all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Buildings (DOB) issues.
